Sierra hails from the Northeast coastline of Rhode Island and Maine where she earned a degree in Sustainable Energy Systems from Unity College.  Sierra began her career in experiential education as an instructor in an outdoor program. There she discovered her love of teaching children and adults about how to safely enjoy the wonder of the outdoors. In 2018 she made the transition to the tropical beaches of Hawaiian archipelago and In 2019, Sierra joined the PQ wellness team.

In her free time, Sierra enjoys playing ultimate frisbee, rock climbing and hiking with her dog. Sierra is also interested in Hawaii’s wildlife and loves to try to identify them on her hikes. Her favorite fruits are white pineapple and rollinia.
