Shannon Kerr comes to Pacific Quest with over 25 years of experience in the Human Services field and working with youth and families. She has a degree in Human Development and has worked in community organizing, juvenile justice, adult education, and substance abuse disorders.

Shannon spent 20 years in Washington State prior to coming to the Big Island in 2020. Shannon is deeply passionate about serving the youth and families she works with. She enjoys hiking, working in her yard, and spending time with her family and pets. She is a proud mother of two adult sons and multiple four legged and furry children.
