
Kym Waisbrot
Human Resources Director
Kym Waisbrot joined Pacific Quest in 2012. As HR Director, Kym oversees all aspects of Pacific Quest staffing, ensuring that HR policies and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned with Pacific Quest’s overall objectives.
Prior to moving to the Big Island, Kym spent 5 years as a Regulatory Audit & Investigation Analyst at a Southern California utility company. Her previous experience includes 10 years as a Legal Assistant/Office Manager at an entertainment network, and over 20 years of legal experience working at private law firms with emphasis on employment law and commercial litigation.
Kym’s earlier experience also includes work in the medical field as a pathology assistant.
She also served on the Board of Hawaii Island’s Bay Clinic and is a Notary Public in the State of Hawaii.
In her spare time, Kym enjoys spending time with her family and pets, reading, and exploring the wonders of Hawaii Island.
