Nicole is a Registered Nurse with  over 13 years combined nursing experience including home care, hospital inpatient, community health centers and healthcare administration and technology. Her passion for helping others in times of crisis began early in her nursing career in Seattle as an Antepartum nurse (High-Risk Obstetric RN) caring for families experiencing fetal, maternal and/or newborn complications before and after pregnancy. 

After several years of leadership as a Clinical Operations Director for a local community based family health group, Nicole joined the PQ team in 2020 as a program nurse. She works tirelessly with the wellness team, assisting with medication review, preparation and administration, performing weekly wellness checks with each student and providing assessments and treatments as medical concerns arise. 

Nicole and her family have a passion for the outdoors. She’s backpacked extensively in the pacific northwest and spent summers sailing with her family in the San Juan Islands. She cherishes a weekly ritual outing to local beaches with her two sons to soak up sun and surf.
