Laif joined the Pacific Quest Team in 2019 as our Organizational Development Manager. He has many roles for PQ, but primarily focuses on systems, efficient business development and creating positive experiences for the organization and the families that we serve. As a transplant from the Pacific Northwest, and being relatively new to Hawaii, Laif likes to spend his time exploring and experiencing the natural beauty of the Big Island and enjoying adventures with his friends and family.
