Chris P. grew up in Los Angeles, CA. and holds a B.A. in Psychology. In Los Angeles, he worked as a drug and alcohol counselor for adolescents and young adults in IOP. In 2015 he moved to Hawai’i and worked with the local non-profit Big Island Substance Abuse Council (BISAC) as a Peer Specialist and Substance Abuse counselor for their Male Residential Program. Chris started as a guide at Pacific Quest in 2020 and has worked in a supervisory role since 2022.
Chris indulges in sci-fi books and movies, playing board games, and spending time with family. He’s a devoted dog lover and enjoys the occasional SCUBA dive.
