Jack McCaul grew up in Baltimore, Maryland and from a young age had a passion for helping individuals reach their full potential, Jack excels in providing leadership and support to a team of dedicated professionals while ensuring the well-being and personal growth of clients.

With a background in Education, Jack brings strong communication and problem-solving skills to their work, helping to address complex challenges and ensure the success of the program. Jack received his bachelor’s degree in Sociology & Education from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA.

Outside of work, Jack enjoys surfing, photography, and spending time outside with friends, which further enhances his ability to connect with individuals and understand the transformative power of nature.
