Our daughter went to Pacific Quest (PQ) in the spring of 2018. She suffered from depression and anxiety. Regular therapy at home was not enough and we heard about PQ. We were very reluctant to send her away from home. However, the staff made us feel better about the decision. Now, we know it was the best decision we could have made. It changed her life! The healthy living made a huge difference. The on-going therapy with Andrew Vispo (who was absolutely fantastic) helped her immensely and helped us. We will be forever grateful to PQ, Andrew and the rest of the staff.

Our dedicated team of clinicians, physicians, therapists, psychiatrists, nurses, and nutritionists work collaboratively to create individualized treatment plans. Every resident – and family – is assigned a primary therapist who personally guides the process from beginning to end, ensuring a seamless, result-focused experience for everyone.
We are licensed by the Hawaii State Department of Health as a Therapeutic Living Program. Successfully undergoing this rigorous evaluation process means we are held to incredibly high standards when it comes to quality of care and safety, accountability and oversight, professional recognition and credibility, and protection of patients’ rights.
We are accredited as Residential Treatment by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), which is an independent, nonprofit organization that serves as an accrediting body in the health and human services industry worldwide. We chose the CARF accreditation because it's more of a patient-centered care model (rather than insurance-centered model like JCAHO). For this accreditation alone, Pacific Quest’s program was evaluated on over 1,500 separate criteria.
We are accredited by Cognia, which is a non-profit, non-governmental organization that accredits schools and learning curriculum throughout the United States and internationally. This allows us to offer High School credits to our residents who need them.
